* Ability to quote project accurately -- there have been no
extras. Quotes have been right on target and they have always
stayed within budget.
* Finishing project on time -- any project that we have
needed done immediately has taken priority and if we have
told them that it is not a priority item, it has still been
done in a timely fashion

with. I always appreciate it when a vendor will acknowledge

Any additional charges
I was hit with originated with us changing our specs
so I would say we were never hit with any surprise
costs. I think for the money we got an
exceptional product. They were able to adapt an
off-the-shelf product into something much more
high-end and customized. I'm very, very pleased.
